What areas do you serve?
We service Broward County, Palm Beach County, Lee county and Collier Collier County
How long does resurfacing take?
Time varies and is dependent on size of the job as well as the the severity of the repairs required. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours for the surface to completely cure before use.
How far in advance do I need to book
You can request an appoint at any time, we will service you on the first available day.
What kind of prep work do I have to do before my appointment?
We kindly ask that you remove all personal belongings form the work area. Please repair all leaks in the work area prior to your appointment. No other prep work is required from you.
What is the difference between resurfacing, reglazing and refinishing?
Today, they are all the same. They all describe the act of preparing and refinishing a surfacing.
How long does a resurfacing last?
We give a 10 year warranty with most of our resurfacing services. With proper care, resurfacing should last 10-15 years. The care instructions we give are similar to care instructions that you would receive with the purchase of a new bathtub.
What color options do you offer?
We carry white and bisque in stock. For a small additional fee, we can have any color you wish matched.
We also have a multi-stone spec option, for a stone like finish.
What surfaces do you resurface?
We specialize in resurfacing all types of bathtubs, wall and floor tiles, countertops, vanities and cabinets.
My drain and overflow cap look horrible, is there anything you can do to those?
Yes! We offer new push pull drain kits with overflow cap. This drain is epoxied over your existing drain. Eliminating the need to call expensive plumbers, with the chance of breaking pipes with stubborn drains that wont come out.
Do you meet all the insurance and licensing's requirements to preform work within a condo association?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured, meeting the requirements for just about any condo association within our service areas.
Can I refinish my tub with a DIY kit from a home improvement store?
You can, but we DO NOT recommend it. DIY kits are limited in strength and durability, they are likely to fail within a month or two. The finish you really want cannot be achieved without proper training, experience and professional equipment.
I can buy a bathtub for $100, why should I resurface?
Yes you can buy a bathtub for a $100 but you'll be buying the cheapest bathtub out there. You would be lucky if it lasts 3 years. Then you have the expensive of putting it in. You need a tile guy, the bathtub has a lip that goes under the first row of tiles. The floor tiles will probably crack next to the bathtub when removing the old one. Can you find the same tiles that are a match to your existing tiles? Then, you need a plumber in install all the plumbing fixtures, and hope the pipes don't break when your removing the old bathtub, or installing the new drain. This $100 bathtub will take several weeks to install and thousands in labor and tile work. That's without any major plumbing issues. You're also adding to our landfills.
